Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-09-22.
These are the terms of use for this website. Nothing is sold or ordered here; when HERMOD actually does work for you, the terms of that work live in a separate written agreement.
What this website is
This is HERMOD’s portfolio: four projects, each with a short film, and a page on how we would work together. Reading it creates no engagement, quote, promise or contract.
The form is a local draft
What you write in “Tell us your idea” is not sent to HERMOD. “Save your idea draft” writes a file to your own device. Unless you write to us separately, we do not see it and we will not contact you.
Who owns what is on this site
HERMOD SYSTEMS LTD. owns the text, interface and code of this website. The films record each project’s public pages; what appears in them, and the company names, product names and trademarks, belong to their owners, and material used under a licence follows that licence. A link to another site is not an endorsement.
What we do for you is not on this page
If HERMOD does work for you, the terms of that work live in a separate written agreement: what counts as done, who checks it, who looks after it once it’s running, who owns what. That agreement governs, not this page.
Provided as it is
The site is provided as it is. The films may not play on every device; the standard video view in Settings is there for that. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Please do not
Please do not scrape, mirror or resell the text and code here, use them to train a model, or hold yourself out as HERMOD.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page is the current one. Governing law: the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
